Tracking and delivery.

When will I get a tracking number?

We email your tracking number within 1 business day after your order is dispatched. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch (4–10 business days in total).

Tracking not updating?

New tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to show the first carrier scan. During international transit or U.S. customs clearance, a package may show no update for a few days. U.S. import duties are prepaid by us, so no action is needed from you unless the carrier contacts you.

Need help?

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or the estimated 4–10 business-day delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
