Terms of service

These terms apply to gtfiber.us, its store features, and purchases from GTfiber. The store is operated by GT-FIBER COMMUNICATION CO., LIMITED. References to “GTfiber,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that operator. Please read these terms and the linked policies before ordering and retain a copy for your records.

1. Access and lawful use

You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement. If you order for a business, you must be authorized to act for it. You may use this store for personal or internal business purchasing purposes, subject to applicable law and these terms. Do not use the site or products unlawfully or interfere with another person's rights.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Provide current, accurate contact, billing, delivery, and order information. If you use a customer account, protect its login details and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Do not impersonate another customer or transfer account access without authorization. Account details should be updated when needed so order notices can reach you. Enter payment credentials only through the payment process, not by support email.

3. Products, specifications, and availability

GTfiber sells the standard fiber optic products and configurations listed in its catalog. Check the selected fiber type, fiber count, connector arrangement, length, and other stated specifications against your requirements before payment. Choosing a listed option does not turn an item into a non-returnable custom product. Contact us before ordering if a necessary specification is unclear.

Product images help identify the item, but display settings, photography, and packaging revisions can affect appearance. This does not permit us to substitute a materially different specification without your agreement. We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate and may update future listings or discontinue an item. If availability or a material error affects an existing order, we will contact you.

4. Guides, technical information, and corrections

Fiber Guides and other educational content explain general selection and handling considerations. They do not replace the specifications of the item ordered or a qualified assessment of your network. Ask us to clarify a material inconsistency before purchasing.

We may correct errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or stock information. We will notify you if a material correction affects your order and explain the available options, including cancellation and any refund required by law. We will not silently replace an agreed specification or charge a corrected higher price without your consent.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges the submission and does not by itself guarantee that we can fulfill it. We may need to review payment, availability, the delivery address, or order details. We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as payment failure, suspected fraud, an unavailable item, an unserviceable destination, or a material listing error. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods. We will notify you by a shipping confirmation email.

We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled as submitted. If we cancel goods after payment, we will arrange the relevant refund to the original payment method. Any quantity limit or purchase restriction applicable to a listing will be communicated before purchase or discussed with you if a genuine fulfillment issue arises.

6. Prices, billing, and payment

Store prices and order charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable shipping and taxes collected by us are shown before you submit payment. Review the selected products, quantities, delivery details, and final total. U.S. import duties and customs clearance fees are prepaid by us, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Only payment options actually displayed and available at checkout can be used for the transaction. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. Your issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction charges; those are not fees set by GTfiber.

A payment authorization or temporary pending entry is not necessarily a completed charge. Check the order confirmation and payment provider's status before attempting payment again. Contact us if the result is unclear.

7. Promotions and discounts

A promotion is governed by the eligibility, validity period, limits, and conditions displayed with it. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively. A code has no separate cash value. Discounted standard products are not excluded from our return policy solely because a discount was used.

8. Shipping, delays, and delivery responsibility

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges, the 6:00 p.m. ET processing cutoff, processing of 1–3 business days, transit of 3–7 business days, duties, tracking, and delivery issues. The combined estimate is 4–10 business days; the cutoff and non-business days affect when processing begins.

Weather, transport interruptions, public-health measures, government restrictions, infrastructure outages, or access problems can affect delivery. We will explain known delays and assist with the order. An interruption does not automatically remove your cancellation or refund rights. If we cannot dispatch on time, we will provide the notice and delay-or-cancel options described in the Shipping Policy. Handing a parcel to a carrier does not end our obligation to help resolve non-delivery.

9. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and product support

Our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy forms part of these terms. It sets out the 30-day return request window, fiber-product conditions, return authorization, costs, inspection, refunds to the original payment method, help for damaged or incorrect goods, and the 1-year limited warranty. For a different configuration, return the item and place a new order.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch. A request is not confirmed until we respond. Product-support and any applicable warranty or statutory remedies are not replaced by the change-of-mind return conditions.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, product data, images, graphics, and marks are owned by GTfiber or used with the relevant license or permission. Other owners retain their rights in third-party material. You may retain product information and order records for lawful personal or internal business use. Other reproduction, resale of site content, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless permitted by law. An image or third-party mark does not imply an endorsement or affiliation.

11. Reviews, comments, and other submissions

Submit only material you have the right to provide, with accurate information about your own experience. Do not impersonate another person, disclose someone else's confidential information, or submit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, infringing, or malicious content. Disclose any material incentive connected with a review.

If you submit content expressly for public display, you permit us to display it with that feature and make limited formatting or moderation changes that do not misrepresent its meaning. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. We will seek permission before using private support messages or identifiable testimonials in marketing. Public content may be visible to others.

Unsolicited ideas do not create a payment or development obligation unless agreed. This is not a license to publish private order information or an exception to our support commitments. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Optional tools, external links, and third parties

Optional tools and links may connect you to independent services, such as a carrier's tracking site. Their availability, functionality, and terms are controlled by the provider. Read the provider's terms and privacy information before submitting data. Linking to a service is not a guarantee of its content, products, or security.

Questions about an independent third-party transaction should be directed to that provider. Questions about a GTfiber purchase remain welcome with GTfiber even if a provider is involved in payment or delivery. Future store features are subject to the relevant disclosed terms.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the technology platform that hosts this store. GT-FIBER COMMUNICATION CO., LIMITED is the seller responsible for GTfiber orders and the promises made by this store. Shopify and other providers may process information and provide services under their own applicable terms. Using Shopify does not change the identity of the seller.

14. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information, including Shopify services, cookies, and privacy choices. That policy controls our description of personal-information handling if wording elsewhere differs.

15. Prohibited conduct

Do not use the store to:

• commit or solicit unlawful activity, fraud, or unauthorized transactions;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against others;
• submit false information or impersonate a person or business;
• distribute malware, phishing messages, spam, or harmful code;
• collect or track another person's information without lawful authority;
• scrape, copy, resell, or exploit protected content in violation of applicable law or rights;
• publish unlawful obscene content or interfere with security, access controls, or normal store operation.

16. Website availability and warranties

We aim to maintain a useful, accurate store, but cannot promise uninterrupted website access or freedom from technical errors. Site features may need maintenance or change over time. General website availability statements do not cancel an express product commitment, the specifications agreed for your order, or warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GTfiber is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies continue to apply, including where a jurisdiction does not permit a stated exclusion.

18. Responsibility for unlawful conduct and third-party claims

Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and breach of legal obligations to the extent established under applicable law. These terms do not impose an additional blanket obligation on a customer to defend GTfiber or pay third-party legal fees regardless of fault. If a claim concerns content you submitted or alleged misuse of the store, we may contact you for relevant information; responsibility and any remedy will be determined under the applicable law and facts.

19. Suspension or termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent unlawful activity, or address a material breach. Closing an account or restricting website access does not erase existing payment, delivery, refund, privacy, or other legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature must continue, such as existing transaction obligations and intellectual-property rights, survive.

20. Severability, waiver, and the agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, it will apply only to the lawful extent, and the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. These terms, the linked purchase policies, the information agreed for your order, and any specific written agreement describe the relevant transaction; they do not exclude representations or rights that applicable law protects.

21. Assignment and headings

Any transfer of contractual rights or obligations must comply with applicable law and cannot remove mandatory customer protections. We will provide notice or seek consent where required. Section headings are for navigation and do not change the meaning of the terms.

22. Applicable law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving U.S. customers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This request does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or exercising a legal right. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not require exclusive foreign arbitration.

23. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and will post the current version and date here. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. We will give additional notice of material changes where required. Updating this page does not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
